Is the checkout secure?

All our transactions are made through PayPal which is a secure online payment facility, which allows you to pay quickly and easily without sharing any of your financial information. Click here to visit the PayPal site for more information.

I don't have a PayPal account; can I still buy from you?

Yes, you do not have to be logged in to PayPal to purchase an item. PayPal accepts credit cards as well which does not require you to login. I tried to buy an item and it didn't work, what should I do? You can email info@thebrightoncollective.co.uk if you have any problems or questions.

Am I buying from The Brighton Collective or from the Designer?

You are buying direct from the designer but we hold your payment for 28 days so if for any reason you are not happy we can offer a full refund.

What if the seller doesn't deliver?

Please Contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue with the product you wanted or a full refund.
What if i am not happy with my purchase?

If you are not happy with your received product/s then you must contact us within 7 days explaining the problem. We will then do our best with you and the Designer to resolve the problem. If the item is to be returned to the Designer you have 14 days from receipt of the goods.. If a refund is required we will issue it upon the designer receiving the returned item.

We protect our customers by not releasing your payment to the designer until 28 days have passed we hope to have resolved any problems before this time. Also you are covered by PayPal Protection go here for more information.

How do I register to become a Designer?

Visit this page for all the information you need to register to become a seller.

How much does it cost to be a Seller?

It is free to register to become a seller. We do not charge for listing your products. Our commission rate is 10% + Paypal fees on the sale price of your products. (The standard rate Paypal takes for receiving payments for goods and services is 3.4%.)
If I have a question about shop set up, what should I do?

What are the specifications for photos?

A good photo is more likely to sell your products so get them as professionally done as possible. The background should not be black if possible.
