Selling

 

As a seller it is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.

 

You must be able to form a legally binding contract of sale to be a member of The Brighton Collective. This restricts membership to those of 18 years of age or over unless you have the explicit permission of your parent or guardian who must supervise [and be ultimately responsible for] the account.

 

It is your responsibility that the content you submit is your own and is not owned by others. Having multiple accounts to sell the same products is not allowed.

 

You cannot have external links or references to external links otherwise your account will be terminated without notice and no fees payable.

 

Our commission rate is 10% + paypal fees (The standard rate paypal takes for receiving payments for goods and services is 3.4%.) We will give you 14 day`s notice if this rate changes.

 

Sellers must use a logo or a product as their profile image not pictures of themselves.

 

Once approved as a seller we reserve the right to add you to the Designers newsletter. Upon receiving your first newsletter you have the option to opt out. This is to keep you informed of any important news and information that you may need as a registered member of The Brighton Collective.
