What we look for
If you have a unique product you would like to sell with The Brighton Collective then we would love you to apply to become one of our designers. When completing the application form here are a few hints and tips which we hope will be helpful.
We look for unique, high quality products but they must be commercial enough for online shoppers to be attracted to. Our Customers cannot touch or see your products so images are very important to make sure you maximise sales.
Seeing your product range is the most important part of us assessing your application. If you do not send us any images then there is no way we can review what your sell!
It is not always required to have professional photography as long as your photos are of a certain standard. Here are some things to think about when taking your photos for us to assess your application.

Consider photographing your products with a white background or in a “lifestyle setting” for instance, if you are selling clothes have a person wear them not placed on a mannequin.

Try to use careful natural lighting to minimise the amount of shadow in your imagery.

Always make sure your photograph captures the whole product.
